How to use “On-Carriage Instructions”

Simply follow the guided form and insert all required on-carriage details like delivery address and requested delivery date and time. This will allow us to shorten the processing time. 

When all details have been inserted, you’ll be able to review a summary of the filled-out fields. 

After checking the information, you can submit the instructions, and we will display the submission confirmation including the case number for the case that has been automatically created. Following this, we will send you the summary via e-mail.

You need to be a registered web user.  ​
If you are a party of the booking, you can use the form that will display the booking details and corresponding containers.  ​
If you are not a party of the booking you have the option to use the manual version. Here it will be required to select your role and insert each container number manually. You will not be able to see any booking details due to security reasons. 

The Booking Number can be found in the top right corner on the Arrival Notice under “Carrier’s Reference”. 

For those cases we would like to kindly ask you to contact your local Customer Service.

It is only possible to submit the On-Carriage Instructions for one address. 

If you would like to edit your On-Carriage Instructions, please kindly reach out via mail to our local Customer Service teams in case you need to amend your On-Carriage Instructions.
