Frequently Asked Questions

In case you have received an email requesting to complete the company registration, we kindly ask you to follow the steps. It is most likely that your comapny cannot be found in our systems and we need more information to create an account for you.

After receiving your information, our sales organization will do the corresponding validations. This usually should happen in less than 48 hours and you will be informed via email.

Note: In countries where a physical visit to customer premises is required, this may take longer.

In case of non-complete company registrations, your access will be revoked after a week. Please contact your local sales office to find an alternative solution.

Don't worry. After receiving your request, our colleagues will contact you in case of any missing documents. It's not possible to amend the already sent Company Registration data.
