- Minimum of Three working day must pass between the acceptance of the transport request
and the execution of transport
Documentation Requirements
Original chamber attested documents from Chamber of Commerce and documents should be legalized by Qatar Embassy at origin:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing list
- Certificate of Origin
- Note: All documents should be signed & stamped by supplier

Notes
- Duty is applicable at 5% of CIF value of goods
- Insurance is not included
- Storage - sea freight - port storage - (STD FCL) - 7 days free / port storage incurring after 7 days will be at actuals
- Offloading will be consignee’s scope
- Telecommunication equipment’s will require QTEL permission at Doha, before clearance
- DG Shipments will require EPC approval at Doha, before clearance
- Original chamberised & legalized health certificate is required from origin for food items
- Any incidental charges will be at actuals
- Shipments under temporary basis, procedures to be requested from Doha before movement
- Health certificate required from origin for any cargo, containing parts of endangered species / prior approval to be received from Doha health offices
- All other receipted charges as per “decision No. 9” of minister of finance will be charged back at actuals
