Further to our CustomerInfo dated February 15, 2018, regarding the “MOL Prestige”, we are in the process of updating all shipments and sending revised booking confirmations. Your revised booking confirmation will highlight the additional routing and vessel assignment from port of load Seattle.
US Customs is assisting to facilitate movements to accommodate these special transfers from the “MOL Prestige” and have advised that shipper action is required.
Shippers are required to amend their existing Tacoma AES/ITN filings to indicate the new Seattle load port (customs district 3001) with revised vessel name and estimated departure date leaving Seattle. This information will appear on your revised booking confirmation highlighted in yellow.
Failure to amend the shipper AES/ITN filings may result in cargo not loading, delays or even penalties to the principle party of interest.
We regret the inconvenience caused and please reach out to us with any questions.
Further updates will be announced as necessary.
