AC2 Service - MV “Sofie Maersk” (Voyage 1802W) – Main Engine Failure

We would like to inform you that the operating carrier for MV “Sofie Maersk” informed us that this vessel has suffered a main engine failure on its way to Asia.

The ship is being moved to Honolulu port to initiate repairs and take provisions.
Cargo will remain onboard whilst repairs are ongoing.

The estimated earliest Qingdao ETA will be on April 8.
