Colombia - Booking Cancellation / Rollover Fee

We would like to inform you that with effect from July 11, 2018, Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Booking Cancellation- respectively Rollover fee.

This charge is applicable in case of Customer requests for rolling cargo to sub-sequent sailings, cancellations or reduction of confirmed bookings for all export shipments from Colombia, as noted below:

  • Dry Container
    USD 50 per Container

  • Reefer & Special Container
    USD 200 per Container
