Italy - Manual Booking fee

We would like to inform you that effective January 1, 2019 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Manual Booking Fee of EUR 30 per booking not received electronically (i.e. not via our Hapag-Lloyd Online Business Web Booking tool, direct EDI or other portal solutions like INTTRA or GT Nexus), as follows:
