Hapag-Lloyd has provided a wide range of e-Commerce solutions for your booking and shipping instruction processes. The majority of Hapag-Lloyd customers in UAE are already enjoying the benefits of our e-Business solutions.

We would like to inform you that effective November 1, 2018 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Manual Documentation Fee for Shipping Instructions (SI’s) received manually and not via our provided e-Business channels as per below (e. g. via e-mail) as follows:

  • AED 300 / Manual Documentation Fee – MSI

The Manual Documentation Fee will not be charged for Shipping Instructions sent via the three below mentioned e-channels:

  • Hapag-Lloyd eaSI Applications (for registered Users)
    eaSI Mail (PDF) and eaSI Online (PDF)
  • Bilateral EDI connection between ERP systems
  • Integration with portals (INTTRA / GT Nexus / Cargosmart)
