South Africa – Import Customs Regulation

With reference to our previous communication on the South Africa Customs Implementation, we draw your attention to the grace period which has ended on October 31, 2018.

In this context, please be informed that effective as from November 1, 2018 any cargo reporter being responsible to comply and who fails to submit a report, may be liable to a fine of ZAR 5000.00 in respect of such non-compliance.

Kindly ensure your adherence to foregoing in order to avoid the risk of penalties.
