Abu Dhabi - Revision in Destination Doc. Fee & Delivery Order Amendment Charges

We would like to inform you that due to the Maqta Gateway having implemented charges increase of AED 5 for processing of delivery fee, Hapag-Lloyd will revise its Destination Documentation Fee at Abu Dhabi accordingly with effect from February 15, 2019 as follows:

Foregoing refers to the Notification No. ADPORTS-MQG-CO-00034 by Maqta Gateway, regarding the Delivery Order (DO) processing fee.

When will the DO processing fee be charged?

AED 5 will be applicable to all new Delivery order s processed through Maqta Gateway
AED 5 will be applicable when extending the validity of an existing DO.

When will the DO processing fee not be charged?

No charge will be applicable on amending the DO declaration type in an existing DO.
No charge will be applicable on adding, removing and changing container details from an existing delivery order.
No charge will be applicable for editing the shipping lines details or cargo agent

Foregoing applies for Abu Dhabi only.
