Turkey-Booking Cancellation Fee

We would like to inform you that with effect from July 1, 2019 Hapag-Lloyd Turkey will update the Booking Cancellation fee as follows:

Booking Cancellation Fee for Middle East destinations will be:
20’ → USD 50 / Per Container - 40’ → USD 100 / Per Container

Booking cancellation Fee for the other destinations will remain the same as USD 100/ Per Shipment.

• Hapag-Lloyd Turkey must be informed for cancellation two days before the FCL cut-off at the latest.
• Booking Cancellation fee occurs for all shipments that postponed from 1st planned vessel and not loaded.
