Constanta - Revision of Terminal Handling Charges

Resulting from recent revision, the Terminal Handling Charges (THC) for Constanta in Romania will be adjusted. Effective as of November 1, 2019 and valid until further notice, the THC for Constanta will be as follows:

• Out of Gauge and Dangerous Cargo shipments
  US $ 180 / 200 per 20’ / 40’ (Euro 163 / 181)
  

The THC will apply for all trades, including trades to and from Europe. The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Peak Season surcharges (if applicable) and other THCs remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
