India - Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations postponed

Further to our earlier CustomerNews of September 11, 2019 on new India Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations (SCMT), please note that the implementation date has now been deferred to February 16, 2020.

Foregoing refers to Notification No. 78/2019- Customs N.T. as issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
