USA - Detention & Demurrage

Further and in reference to our recent publication of Detention and Demurrage charge updates in USA, kindly note that the new effective date for these changes is March 5, 2020.

This postponement of date is due to accommodating the UIIA (Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement) requirement for 90 day advance notice of proposed changes.
