Beginning on Saturday afternoon, 25-January-2020, and throughout Sunday, 26-January-2020, Hapag-Lloyd will be undergoing scheduled routine system maintenance that will affect your access to us during this time.

Online Business via Hapag-Lloyd.com, EDI, Telephone and e-mail access will not be available.

You will also experience a delay in response messages such as booking confirmations and draft bills of lading during this time when using EDI communication portals.

We will be up and running as usual on Monday 27-January when we will process all requests received.

In order to keep your business moving prior to the above dates, we are offering extended hours at our counters and phone lines in several countries:

Extended counter opening times in UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq and Oman:
Friday 24th January 2020 from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM Local country standard time
Saturday 25th January 2020 from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM Local country standard time

Extended Customer Service phone lines for UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar:
Friday 24th January 2020 from 8:30 AM until 3:30 PM Local country standard time
Saturday 25th January 2020 from 8:30 AM until 1:00 PM Local country standard time
