Canada – Counter Services - Update

As per our previous letter, as of Monday, March 23, we will stop all counter services (receipt and Pickup of documentation) as follows:

Export:
Original Bills – No local pick up will be permitted. All OBLs will be couriered and are for Customer account. Please ensure to provide your Courier account information with Draft approvals.

Imports:
All OBLs will only be accepted by Registered Courier Companies and/or Registered Mail.

Payments:
Will only be accepted by Registered Courier Companies and/or Registered Mail.

Additionally, please take note that as from March 25th, we will no longer accept cheques as a means of payment. All payments must be sent via wire or PayCargo. You can register for free with PayCargo by visiting: PayCargo
