UAE - Revised Counter Hours

With all your support, we have successfully moved the Delivery Order (DO) and payment process to our digital platforms that are fast, easy and available anytime, anywhere. Effective as from September 1, 2020, we are pleased to announce our revised counter operational hours as follows:

• Sunday to Thursday    08:30 hrs – 17:30 hrs

In line with this, cut-off to accept or release documents will be as follows:

• Original B/L for DO release accepted until 16:00 hrs
• Export B/L release request accepted until 17:00 hrs
