Australia - Booking Cancellation and Booking Amendment Fee

We would like to advise you that Hapag Lloyd’s booking Cancellation and Amendment Fee for all applicable export shipments from Australia is as follows:

• Booking Amendment Fee AUD $50 per container
• Booking Cancellation Fee AUD $100 per container

This fee is applicable to all bookings that are cancelled, transferred, reduced or amended within 7 calendar days from the vessel’s cargo cut-off. Terminal roll fees also apply in cases where cargo is already delivered for export.

Effective: October 1, 2020 for non FMC lanes
Effective: November 1, 2020 for FMC lanes
