New Zealand - Booking Cancellation and Booking Amendment Fee

We would like to advise that Hapag Lloyd’s Booking Cancellation and Amendment Fee for all applicable export shipments from New Zealand is as follows:

• Booking Amendment Fee NZD $50 per container
• Booking Cancellation Fee NZD $100 per container

The Booking Cancellation Fee is applicable to all bookings that are cancelled. The Booking Amendment Fee is applicable to all bookings that are transferred, reduced or amended within 7 calendar days from the vessel’s cargo cut-off. Terminal roll fee also apply in cases cargo is already delivered for export.
