China - Export Control

We would like to inform that Chinese legislators passed the Export Control Law (“ECL”), which will come into force from December 1, 2020. The ECL impose restriction of exporting military cargo, nuclear cargo, dual use cargo or any cargo that affects China’s national security.

Do note that it is the shipper’s responsibility to provide accurate cargo description and comply with ECL. For detailed information, please refer to this link.
