As per our CustomerNEWS published on September 30, 2020, in accordance with e-Invoicing guidelines issued by the Government of India, please be advised Hapag-Lloyd will be issuing only Tax compliant invoices containing the Invoice Reference Number (IRN) and Quick Response (‘QR’) code via the ODeX platform.
Tax Invoices will be distributed from [email protected] to your registered email ID on ODeX.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected technical issues, we are currently facing delays in obtaining the IRN/QR codes and we are working on this with urgency.
We regret the inconvenience and assure you of providing timely invoices at the earliest.

Local Update dated July 22, 2020 introducing 24 X 7 invoice download facility through the ODeX portal. Since we have discontinued accepting invoice requests via email, invoice requests are to be placed only via the ODeX Portal.
