Area Med Agent – Booking Cancellation Fee

With reference to  the CustomerNEWS published on January 20, 2021, about the Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) please be informed about the following changes starting as of February 15, 2021.

The Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) will remain at USD 20 per container for all shipments from Area Med Agents in case of:

• Cancellation of the full booking after 7 days prior vessel departure.
• Container count reduction after 7 days prior vessel departure.
• Booking postponed (totally or partially) on consecutive vessels after 7 days prior vessel departure.
