Vietnam – Booking Cancellation Fee (Update)

We would like to inform you that with effective from May 1, 2021, Hapag-Lloyd will implement the Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF).

This fee will be applicable to all bookings cancelled 96 hours before CY cut off.

This implementation is effective for all types of containers.
