With reference to our previous CustomerNEWS, please be informed that with immediate effect until further notice, the empty pick-up window of all MH export bookings from North Europe (excl. UK & Ireland) will be adjusted from 7 days to 6 days (prior departure) to optimize the equipment supply during the currently tight equipment situation.
Our aim is to support all confirmed Export bookings. We do our utmost to serve you with Equipment and appreciate your support in this situation of picking up empty export containers in the below described pick-up window only. We expect the situation to remain tight over the next weeks.
In addition, please consider the max. delivery windows announced by the terminals to keep the congestion at the terminal low.
An early return of empty import containers will further assist to improve equipment availability for forthcoming export bookings.
