Brazil – Booking Cancellation Fee

We would like to inform you that as of June 14, 2021 Hapag-Lloyd will implement the Booking Cancellation Fee for all shipments from Brazil in case of:

• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) = USD 150,00 per container
  Cancellation of the full booking or container reduction from 10 to 6 days prior vessel´s departure date
• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) = USD 300,00 per container
  Cancellation of the full booking or container reduction as from 5 days prior vessel´s departure date

We encourage you to inform us about your booking cancellation before the aforementioned timeline. It will help us to increase the transparency and provide us with higher flexibility to better serve your space requirement.
