China – Yantian Export Laden box gate-in arrangement

In order to ensure the logistics efficiency and the service provided, please be informed Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT) will implement an Export laden container gate-in arrangement with effect from 1st of June, 2021.

Please take note of the details below and share with the parties concerned.

1.YICT gatehouse will only accept export laden containers within 7 days before vessel ETA. Customers are requested to send laden containers to the terminal within 7 days before vessel ETA.

2.YICT will send updated vessel ETA to Shenzhen EDI Center daily according to information provided by shipping lines.

3.Gate-in Pre-declaration will be rejected by YICT through Shenzhen EDI Center’s "e-Pickup" platform or YICT’s "Pre Advice System" if scheduled return date is not within the stipulated time.
