North Sea Baltic Service (NBS) – MV Valencia Express Voy. 2115E – Delay in Helsinki

We regret to inform you that several members of the crew of MV VALENCIA EXPRESS, deployed in our NBS service and currently positioned in Helsinki, tested positive for COVID-19.

As a safety measure, the Finnish health authorities have ordered the vessel to remain in the quarantine in the Port of Helsinki.

Export cargo from Helsinki has been shifted to other vessels on our NBS service, as well as partner services. Discharging of local imports is planned for Wednesday 5th May. Arrival times to subsequent ports of the rotation will be adjusted accordingly.

Hapag-Lloyd will continue to keep you updated on further developments which are being directed in coordination with local authorities.
