Booking from European countries? A new procedure in Benelux is coming up

Your cargo planning is handled by local experts. This is the reason why from July 26, 2021, Hapag-Lloyd in Benelux will only be handling bookings that have the following European countries as a starting point:

Belgium
Netherlands
Luxemburg
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Italy
Norway
Poland
Russia
Spain
Sweden
United Kingdom

The bookings from other countries should be placed directly with their local Hapag-Lloyd office in the origin country by a local party, for example, a shipper, forwarder, or agent. Please keep in mind that any booking from countries outside the above-mentioned list will be declined by Hapag-Lloyd Benelux.
