There’s a change in the service connecting North Europe and the West Coast of South America

If you are shipping between North Europe and the West Coast of South America please take note of the following changes that might impact your cargo planning.

Our North Europe – South America West Coast Service (SWX) will suspend the port call at Le Havre, France for three months. This change will start with MV CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL Voyage 1218N / 1227S with the below sailing schedule:

With your cargo planning in mind, please note that the import cargo loaded on MV CMA CGM JEAN GABRIEL Voyage No. 1218N and destined for Le Havre will be discharged in Hamburg and loaded onto adjacent services.

For the export cargo that was planned to be loaded in Le Havre, we will offer either inland solutions via the port of Antwerp or trans shipment operation via other North European ports, depending on your cargo planning requirements.

If you require more information related to the above changes, please visit the Online Business Suite in the Hapag-Lloyd website. As an alternative, please contact our customer service team at your location who will be happy to guide you based on your individual situation.
