Shipping from Tanzania? Here’s our updated booking process

Each day, we work towards keeping our Quality Promise: Loaded as Booked. Thinking about your cargo planning, we will be implementing a booking validity/deadline for collecting empty containers for your bookings shipping from Tanzania.

This updated booking process will be effective as of October 1, 2021, with the following remarks:

Confirmed shipments are required to have their empty containers collected from our depots at least eight days before the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). In case the empty containers have not been collected by this deadline, the shipment will be considered as no-show and the booking will be cancelled on seven days before the ETA.

A reminder email will be sent fourteen days before the ETA to our customers with active bookings who have not collected their empty containers. Should you have any challenges picking up the empties or if the booking should be linked to Shipper Owned Containers, please inform us with at least eight days before the ETA.
