Shipping to and from Mexico? There’s a revised inland tariff
We would like to inform you that effective November 15, 2021 Hapag-Lloyd Mexico will revise the Mexico import and export inland tariff.
Under the tariff, we offer “in Tandem” movements (one truck, 2 containers), and if necessary a single movement (one container per truck). Should a single movement be requested, an additional charge of 60% on top of the new inland tariff rate will apply under the following codes:
Exports: ITO (Inland transport add. Origin)
Imports: ITD (Inland transport add. Destination)
The single movement offer is subject to truck availability, route and container type. The service request must be submitted with a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
