For payments in USD, please note that all intermediary bank fees are for the customer’s accounts. Please make payment only in AUD unless there is a pre-approved agreement with Hapag Lloyd to pay in USD.

To ensure correct allocation of funds and timely release of bills/cargo, please send an email to  [email protected] including the following minimum information as the reference on your EFT transfer/comm Pay transfer:

• Hapag-Lloyd invoice number/s, or
• Your Company name or your Customer Account number. The latter can be found on our invoice in the format : CUSTOMER : 50823548
• BL Number

Note:

• For EFT payments:
  • Documents will be released only when EFT payments are credited in our bank account.
  • For AUD payments please transfer 2 working days in advance to avoid delays
  • For USD payments please transfer 3 working days in advance to avoid delays

• For ComPay payments:
  • Documents will be released with the ComPay payment advice the following day after the payment.
    
  • We will not wait for payment to be credited in the bank

Plesae note that ComPay would be a faster option for expedited releases.
To avoid delays, kindly ensure that no old outstanding payments are pending for old shipments.
