February is upon us - here are the latest operational developments for the Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa.

Asia – Red Sea Service 1 (AR1)

  • MV YM Cosmos V163E will omit Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Far East Loop 3 (FE3)

  • There will be a continuation of the structural omissions in Jebel Ali on the following vessels and voyages:

India – Gulf Service (IG1)

  • MV Northern Dexterity V2207E will omit Khalifa Bin Salman Port, Bahrain

Indian Subcontinent – Mediterranean Express (IMX)

  • MV CMA CGM Otello V0MXB0E1MA / V0MXBFW1MA will omit Hamad, Qatar and imports will discharge in Jebel Ali, UAE for further connection to their final port of delivery

Indian Ocean Service (IOS)

  • There will be a continuation of the structural omissions in Hazira, India on the following vessels and voyages:

Asia – West Africa Service (AWA)

  • There is no sailing from Pointe Noire, Congo (eastbound) on March 31, 2022, in the Asia – West Africa Service (AWA) service

China – Kenya Express (CKX)

  • There is no sailing from Shanghai, China (westbound) on March 9, 2022 and from Mombasa, Kenya (eastbound) on April 4, 2022 in the China – Kenya Express (CKX) service

East Africa Service 2 (EA2)

  • MV AS NORAV 02SB1S1MA / V02SB2N1MA will omit Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and instead MV Emirates Asantea V02210S/N will call Dar Es Salaam

Middle East - India - Africa Express (MIAX)

  • MV Chesapeake Bay will be renamed to MV Tema Express from voyage 2209W/E, planned to commence in Jebel Ali, UAE on March 5, 2022

South Africa Express (SAF also known as SAX)

  • There is no sailing from Durban, South Africa (northbound) on March 24, 2022
  • MV MSC Alessia VNZ203A will omit Cape Town, South Africa and VNZ209R will omit Coega, South Africa. Cape Town imports will discharge in the northbound call on VNZ209R.
  • MV MSC Letizia VNZ208A will omit Cape Town (southbound) and imports will discharge in the northbound call on VNZ214R
