Here's an update for booking acceptance for Germany and Central Europe

There are things beyond our control! The extreme weather conditions that have affected northern Europe during the past weeks have created the following operational challenges that could affect your cargo planning:

1. Limited container availability: this applies to depots within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, and the Czech Republic / Slovakia.
2. Vessel delays at the Port of Hamburg: that are causing a significant congestion of export containers.

With the above situation in mind, we are temporarily unable to accept any new export bookings from Germany & Central Europe* effective immediately. This measure is unavoidable for all bookings from Hamburg until end of week 9.

We are working towards covering all confirmed export bookings, but might regretfully have to cancel additional bookings, for which we ask you to accept our apologies. In the meantime, our teams are working to find alternatives to reestablish the equipment supply as soon as it is feasible.

We regret the inconvenience caused and wish to thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. We will continue to inform you about further developments in due course.
