Shipping between Oceania and North America? Here's our updated WSN service

If you are shipping with our North America Westcoast - New Zealand - Australia (WSN) service, here's an update that might impact your cargo planning. Starting end of April, the bi-weekly service rotation will be improved by balancing the round voyage rotation of both WSN loops.

The service will have alternating calls at the ports of Vancouver, Canada and Seattle, USA on a bi-weekly basis as the first port call of the North American West Coast. In addition, we will be deploying 10 ships in our WSN product, prioritizing schedule reliability for your cargo planning.

For your reference, here’s the new rotation for these two loops:

Loop 1:

  • Seattle, US --> Oakland, US --> Long Beach, US --> Auckland, NZ --> Sydney, AU --> Melbourne, AU -->Tauranga, NZ --> Papeete, PF --> Vancouver, CA

Loop 2:

Vancouver, CA --> Oakland, US --> Long Beach, US --> Auckland, NZ -->  Sydney, AU --> Melbourne, AU --> Adelaide, AU --> Tauranga, NZ --> Seattle, US

Please find below the first vessel that will use this new rotation, including vessel name, voyage, estimated time of departure (ETD), port name and corresponding week:

Vessel / Voyage ETD Port Week
CAP JERVIS V.316S April 27, 2023 Seattle, US 17

To assist your cargo planning, you can use our vessel tracker to view our vessels' latest Estimated Times of Arrival and Departure. If you have questions concerning the above changes, please contact our customer service team at your location, who will be happy to guide you based on your individual situation.
