An Emergency Space Contingency Surcharge (ESC) is coming into effect for cargo loading from South Europe* to West Africa*. This ESC is applicable for all container types from May 1, 2025, until further notice.

  • EUR/USD 150 per container

From: *South Europe: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Israel, Montenegro, Libya, Romania, Cyprus, Slovenia, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Ukraine, Egypt, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Algeria, Malta, Tunisia

To: *West Africa: Angola, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo (D.R.C.), Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Benin, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea, Liberia, Mauritania, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Togo.
