Temporary Changes to WC5 Service

***Update November 13, 2025***

As of the Missouri Express (Voyage 546E) on November 17, 2025, the vessel will resume the regular WC5 schedule, including the Ningbo port call. Normal import and export operations via Ningbo will proceed as planned.

***Update November 6, 2025***

With your cargo planning in mind, please note that we will be implementing temporary adjustments to our WC5 service, effective immediately.

Impacted Voyages:

  • Vessel: POTOMAC EXPRESS (Voyage 542E)
    • The vessel will omit Ningbo.
    • Import cargo originally bound for or transiting via Ningbo will be discharged in Busan and will then be forwarded to the final destination via our existing network.
    • Export cargo from Ningbo to the United States will be loaded on the Maersk Luz and will connect to the Potomac Express in Kwangyang on October 24, 2025 (subject to space and operational availability).
  • Vessel: MAERSK KINLOSS (Voyage 543E)
    • This vessel will omit Ningbo.
    • Import cargo intended for or via Ningbo will discharge at a South Korean port and continue to Ningbo and onward destinations through our existing connections.
    • Exports from or via Ningbo to the United States will be loaded on the Maersk Salina (details to be confirmed) and transhipped in Kwangyang on October 30, 2025.
  • Vessel: Colorado Express (Voyage 544E)
    • This vessel will omit Ningbo.
    • Import cargo intended for or via Ningbo will discharge in Busan and continue to Ningbo and onward destinations through our AGX service.
    • Exports from or via Ningbo to the United States will be loaded on the Seaspan Zambezi and transhipped in Busan on November 4, 2025. 
  • Vessel: Delaware Express (Voyage 545E)
    • This vessel will omit Ningbo.
    • Import cargo intended for or via Ningbo will discharge at a South Korean port and continue to Ningbo and onward destinations.
    • Exports from or via Ningbo to the United States will be loaded on the Maersk Salina and transhipped in Busan on the Maersk Salina on November 11, 2025.

We are making these short-term adjustments to ensure that your supply chains continue to operate as smoothly as possible while we work on longer-term solutions for the WC5 service.
