If you are shipping with our South America East Coast (SEC) service, please note that the service will operate with an adjusted port rotation to support schedule reliability.

Salvador, Brazil, will be removed from the rotation. In addition, the seasonal call at Montevideo, Uruguay, will end with the close of the citrus season.

The revised SEC rotation will be:

  • New York, USA -> Philadelphia, USA -> Charleston, USA -> Jacksonville, USA -> Port Everglades, USA -> Santos, Brazil -> Buenos Aires, Argentina -> Rio Grande, Brazil -> Itapoa, Brazil -> Santos, Brazil -> Rio de Janeiro, Brazil -> Pecem, Brazil -> New York, USA

The last planned voyages calling these ports are:

Vessel / Voyage Port ETA
Maersk Frankfurt V.633N Salvador, Brazil August 27, 2026
Maersk Freeport V.635N Montevideo, Uruguay August 29, 2026

Following these final calls, cargo to and from Salvador and Montevideo will continue to be served through non-direct alternatives within our network.
