As part of our endeavours to further improve the level of service provided to you, we are enhancing and streamlining our booking process.
In line with our initial advisory in November 2022, we would like to inform that from June 15, 2022, all Hazardous bookings and or amendment requests would exclusively need to be routed via our electronic channel options indicated below.
Available options for on-line bookings are:

For less than 3 Dangerous Goods Quantity per container - INTTRA
For more than 3 Dangerous Goods Quantity per container
Please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team, if any support is required regarding E-channel booking submission.
Please make sure all mandatory details are updated while placing the online bookings.

- Valid contract rate/filing
- Routing details
- Container size/type/quantity
- Commodity DG Details: Confirmation if DG
- MO41 certificate to be sent separately to [email protected] or [email protected]
Note: we will continue to accept manual Haz bookings up until 1 st June 2022. Manual bookings fees of AUD150/ booking for Australia & USD 150 /NZ will be applicable.
This process change is designed to improve your overall hazardous cargo booking experience, whilst at the same time ensuring the safety of your cargo and our vessels.
