Update no. 7: Launch Schedule for Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal powered by PayCargo

Dear Customer,

We’re pleased to share that Hapag-Lloyd’s Container Payment Portal (CPP), powered by PayCargo and Gnosis Freight, has already successfully launched at the following U.S. ports:

  • Norfolk
  • Houston
  • Savannah
  • Miami, Tampa, & Port Everglades
  • Charleston
  • Tacoma
  • Baltimore
  • Mobile
  • Philadelphia
  • Los Angeles
  • New York

These rollouts mark a major step forward in streamlining the payment of time-pending charges, offering faster cargo release through real-time container visibility, instant pro-forma invoicing, secure integrated payments, and simplified dispute resolution.

We are now proceeding with the next phase of the rollout in Oakland, Seattle, and New Orleans beginning with the following terminals and vessels:

  • Oakland – Oakland International Container Terminal: MV Gerd Maersk V611E expected to arrive April 16, 2026
  • New Orleans – Ports America: MV Wide Hotel V2605N expected to arrive on April 20, 2026
  • Seattle – Terminal 18: MV CMA CGM Seattle V611N expected to arrive on April 23, 2026
