Germany – Heavy Weight Surcharge

We would like to inform you that with effect from October 11, 2018 Hapag-Lloyd will revise the Heavy Weight Surcharge for Inland Haulage (OAO/OAD) via combined rail and rail under carrier arrangement within Germany as follows:

• 140,- Euro MoT Combined Rail & Rail within Germany

Applicable for all 20' and 40' container exceeding following weight limitations via combined rail or rail:

20´GP/20´OT/20´Ventilated - 22,5 t
20´Flat/20´Hard Top - 22,1 t
20´Reefer - 21,8 t
40´GP / 40´GP HC - 23,5 t
40´OT - 24 t
40´Reefer/ 40´Hard Top - 23,3 t
40'HC Hard Top - 22,8 t
