Saudi Arabia - Revision of Detention Charges (Import & Export)

Please be informed that Hapag-Lloyd will revise the detention charges for Import and Export shipments in Saudi Arabia effective January 5, 2019, in accordance with new Saudi Port Authority Regulation No. (6/G1/D1). The revised tariff, valid until further notice, is as follows:

Import Detention (MHD)

Import “Free Days” provision has been reduced from 15 days to 10 days and thereafter detention tariff of each unit per day has been revised as below :

Export Detention (MHO)

Export free time remains the same; however, detention charges will be applicable on Slab basis. The tariff of each unit per day is as follows:
