China & China/Hong Kong – Revision of Booking Cancellation Fee

Further to our previous customer notice, we will postpone the implementation of the revised Booking Cancellation fee for  export bookings from China and Hong Kong. The new effective date will be April 1, 2020.

Details are as as follows:

• The Booking Cancellation fee will be applicable for export bookings from China and China/Hong Kong which are cancelled 7 calendar days or less before the ETD of the first intended vessel due to customer related issues.
• Manual Processing Fee of Booking Cancellation (MPO): CNY300 per Bill applicable for China export shipment.
• Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF): HK300 per Bill applicable for Hong Kong export shipment.

The Booking cancellation fee is chargeable to customers for customer requested cancellation only.
