In view of recent unfortunate outbreak of Coronavirus, Hapag-Lloyd would like to provide e-solution convenience to its valued customers. For Import Delivery Orders, we are now providing the facility to submit documents online for shipments transported via Seaway Bill of Lading via ODeX.
The customers can avail these Value added services in a highly secure manner and enjoy seamless trade via ODeX** without having to risk travelling to Hapag Lloyd offices.
The Online Services are listed below along with their Manuals (Manuals can be downloaded post Login into ODeX or in the Help Section)
1. Online submission of documents for shipments - Seaway Bill of Lading (No HBL’s).

These Online Services would be available for all the Import Customers across India effective from 1st April 2020.
