China – Extension of Export/Import Service Fee Adjustment in Shanghai, China

We would like to provide you with an update on the Chinese Port initiative to reduce Port Construction and Terminal Security fees. We are happy to advise that we will follow the latest release from the government to further extend the reduction (ESF for export from Shanghai, PCD/TSD for import transhipment via Shanghai) until December 31, 2020.
