South America East Coast Service (SEC) - Blank Sailing Update

Further to our CustomerNEWS published September 21, 2020 about our partner vessel NORTHERN MAJESTIC that suffered an engine failure at New York, US, we take this opportunity to provide you with the following information for your consideration:

• MV NORTHERN MAJESTIC, voyage 038 SB ETA Newark, US on September 23, 2020, to call in PNCT terminal for discharge New York and Philadelphia import cargoes.
• Philadelphia call will be omitted. Cargoes with destination Philadelphia can be released at PNCT Terminal.

Imports: Vessel to call Norfolk, Charleston, Jacksonville and Port Everglades only to discharge import cargoes.

Exports: Exports from all ports will be transferred to MV NORTHERN MAGNUM, voyage 039.

This notice is written without prejudice to the terms and conditions contained in the relevant underlying contracts of carriage as evidenced by Hapag-Lloyd AG’s standard Bill of Lading and/or Sea Waybill and the Hapag-Lloyd Tariff applicable thereto and/or any other applicable agreement governing the carriage of the subject cargo, as the case may be, all of which said terms and conditions continue to remain in full force and effect without any modification or waiver.
