Please be informed that feeder operators in South China announced service suspension from January to February, 2021 due to COVID-19 quarantine requirement for ship crews plying between South China and Hong Kong upon their return from the Chinese New Year 2021 holidays.
Taking into consideration of this situation, we will temporarily suspend cargo acceptance with final destination under Pearl River Delta Area and Fuzhou until further notice. However, we will continue to accept cargoes on mainline service to main ports (ie, Hong Kong, Yantian, Shekou).
Kindly take note that the suspension period for booking acceptance to South China is based on ETA at main ports. (ie, Hong Kong, Yantian, Shekou).

Any additional costs and liabilities related to Detention charge, Terminal storage or Terminal charge incurred at tranship port (Hong Kong, Shekou, Yantian) after containers has been discharged during the feeder operator suspension time period will be for the account of the cargo owner. We regret for any inconvenience caused and the terms of this notice shall be read in conjunction with and without prejudice to Hapag-Lloyd’s Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill terms and conditions and Hapag-Lloyd tariff applicable thereto.
