Revision of Congestion Surcharge to/from Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles

Further to the announcement from November 12, 2020, we will apply a Congestion Surcharge (OCS/PCS) for all Intermodal moves by truck and/or rail via the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, effective upon carrier receipt of cargo on or after January 12, 2021 and valid until further notice.
