Price Announcement for Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) – Turkey and Greece to West Coast South America

In a continued effort to provide you with a high level of service, uninterrupted liner services and equipment supply, Hapag-Lloyd will apply a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) for all dry container from Thessaloniki, Piraeus, Greece and from Mersin, Aliaga, Turkey to Buenaventura, Colombia and to Ecuador, Peru and Chile (all ports served).

Effective for sailings as of January 21, 2021 and valid until further notice the PSS will be as follows:

• USD 100 per container from Mersin and Aliaga, Turkey
• EUR 100 per container from Thessaloniki and Piraeus, Greece

To Buenaventura, Colombia and Ecuador the PSS will be effective as of February 14, 2021.

The Ocean Tariff rates as well as Bunker-related surcharges, Security-related surcharges, Terminal Handling Charges (THCs) remain unchanged respectively as announced and can be found here.

Other local charges and contingency surcharges may apply in addition.
