China & Hong Kong – Booking Cancellation Fee (Update)

With reference to our previous CustomerNEWS we would like to provide an update regarding Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF) for Mainland China and China/Hong Kong.

We wish to inform you that with immediate effect, there would be an additional term with regards to the Booking Cancellation Fee. Please take note that:

Additional term:

• If a booking is requested on an intended vessel but booking released is on an alternate vessel instead, customers are entitled to 48 hours (excluding public holiday and weekends) to cancel the booking without being charged a MPO/BCF fee. This is valid for both Quick Quotes (QQ) and Non Quick Quotes bookings.

Other general conditions of the Booking Cancellation Fee remains unchanged.
